Why can't I log in?

Have you registered? You must register in order to log in. Your registration may have been deleted. If you registered more than once or you are not an Owner within the Association, we most likely deleted your registration. We may have also banned your account for violating the Terms of Use Agreement. If so, then you should contact the webmaster to find out why. If you have registered and are not banned and you still cannot log in then check and double check your username and password. Usually this is the problem, if not then please contact the Webmaster.

Why do I need to register at all?

Registration is for Owners and will give you access to additional features not available to guests (non-registered users) such as access to the calendar, Board of Directors, private messaging, emailing of fellow users, notifications, polls, comments and additional documents. It only takes a few moments to register. Your information is not sold and is used strictly to verify you as an Owner within the Association.

I can't register?

If you are running firewall software or you are behind a firewall, you may experience problems with the registration process. Software such as Norton Internet Protection, Norton Firewall and Zone Alarm may prevent you from registering. If you are experiencing problems and you are running such software, temporarily disable your software, register and then enable your software. If you are experiencing other problems, please contact the Webmaster.

I completed the registration process, but can't log in?

During the registration process, you were asked to confirm your registration details and click "Finish". Once you clicked "Finish", you should have seen a message stating that an e-mail has been sent to the e-mail address you provided during the registration process. If you did not click "Finish", then you never completed the registration process and must register again. If you clicked "Finish" and didn't receive the message, please contact the Webmaster.

It said an e-mail has been sent to me, but I never received it?

If you are utilizing or running SPAM filtering software, this may prevent e-mails from this website from getting to your inbox. This is the most common problem. Also, please check the e-mail account for the e-mail address you used during registration. Some users have multiple e-mail accounts and forget which one they used during the registration process. If you have confirmed your e-mail address, simply send an e-mail to the Webmaster. They will be more than happy to look into the problem.

Why must I activate my account?

We require our users to activate their account to ensure that registered users are using valid e-mail accounts. This prevents people from using fake e-mail accounts to gain access to the website. In addition, it helps eliminate multiple registrations from the same account.

Why do I have to log in sometimes and other times I don't?

If you close your internet browser, your login information is removed from memory and you will be required to log in the next time you vist this website. If you happen to leave your browser open, your login information is cached, so your next visit to this website will leave you logged in.

I've lost my password!

Don't panic! While your password cannot be retrieved it can be reset. To do this go to the login page and click "Lost Password". You will receive an email from the website that will contain a link, not a new password. You must then click the link found in that email. Once you click the link, you will be taken back to the website and your password will be emailed to you at that time. Once you receive that second email with your password, you should be able to log into the website. This process helps prevent other users from resetting your password without your knowledge..
